Good filter, minor install note
Just got my Starter Kit 2.0 last week. The filter cartridges are easy to swap out, and it feels good knowing less microplastics are going down the drain. Installation was mostly simple, though it was a bit tight behind my washing machine.

Easy setup, good support
I ordered the PlanetCare 2.0 Microfiber Filter and a Universal Adapter. The ordering process on the website was smooth, no snags. It took about 5 days to reach Denver. Installation was a bit tricky with my machine's setup, but I contacted their support through chat and they were really helpful, walked me through it. The filter itself seems to be doing its job; I can see the lint building up in the cartridge which is good. The cartridge return box came with my last refill order which makes recycling easy. Good experience overall, they make it pretty straightforward.
